Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to visitors, partners, administrators, and anyone using the Equal Opportunities Network website or partner tools operated by the House of Hope Charitable Foundation.
Permitted use
You may use the website to read public updates, access resources, contact the team, collaborate as an approved partner, and manage content if you have admin permission.
- Use accounts only for your organization or approved role
- Keep login details private and notify the team if access may be compromised
- Provide accurate information when submitting forms, partner details, or CMS content
Content and publishing
Partners and administrators are responsible for the material they submit or publish through the CMS, forum, or partner profiles.
- Submit only text, images, videos, documents, and links you have permission to use
- Do not publish personal, sensitive, or confidential information without a valid reason and consent where required
- We may edit, unpublish, or remove content that is inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, or outside the program scope
Respectful conduct
The partner area and forum must remain professional, inclusive, and safe for all participants.
- Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, or post abusive content
- Do not upload malware, spam, misleading material, or content that disrupts the platform
- Do not attempt to access accounts, CMS areas, or data you are not authorized to use
Intellectual property
The website design, program text, resources, and media remain the property of their respective owners. Public materials may be shared for awareness and educational purposes when attribution is kept and the material is not altered in a misleading way.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the website available and accurate, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues, or security reasons. We may update features, content, and these terms when the platform or program changes.
